About The Event
This October and November, the Social Action Committee of Lake Country United Unitarian Church is launching a significant focus on democracy, voter access, civic engagement, and election integrity. In partnership with SOPHIA and the League of Women Voters, the Committee is proud to present The 2026 November Election, featuring Mary Voelker, Vote411 Co-chair, and Speakers Bureau Chair for the League of Women Voters of Milwaukee County. The event will be held at LCUUC on Saturday, October 10, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
This timely presentation will explore election security, provide critical information about the November election, examine the potential impact of the three Wisconsin constitutional amendments on the ballot, and
highlight the important role faith communities can play in strengthening voter participation.
