SOPHIA exists to transform our shared values into meaningful action. We bring together diverse faith communities, local organizations, and passionate individuals to confront social and economic injustices at their core. Guided by compassion and a commitment to equity, we work to create lasting solutions that build a fairer, more just society.

Our work spans a variety of issues impacting our community, from racial equity and criminal justice reform to affordable housing and healthcare access. We believe that real change happens when everyday people step into leadership, join their voices, and take collective action. Through this mission, SOPHIA strives to create a better future for everyone in Waukesha County and beyond.
