LEADERSHIP

We believe that change begins with strong, compassionate leadership rooted in relationships and shared values. Our leaders come from diverse faith traditions, backgrounds, and experiences, united by a common commitment to justice, equity, and the well-being of our community.

Leadership can be the catalyst for meaningful change, especially within congregation-based organizing. That’s why developing leaders is at the heart of SOPHIA’s work. Through training at local, state, and national levels, our members gain the skills and confidence to organize, advocate, and build stronger communities.
